This newly built webpage was exposed to the public on Wednesday at a ceremony held here at the Civil Secretariat Peshawar by Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Speech by KP’s CM: During the speech of the Chief Minister of KP, the new user-friendly App was discussed in light of which it has recently been launched by the government and as far as convenience is concerned, one of the convenient options it can be considered in case any citizen wants to file his complaint without visiting offices and other departments.

“Ikhtiyar Awam Ka” website is a feature-rich and user-friendly online platform where citizens can now register complaints concerning problems and grievances. It is a 24/7 hour service which allows tracking and real-time monitoring of public complaints about services being provided by public sector organizations for quick redressal and resolution. Overseas Pakistanis can also make use of this platform to register their concerns and grievances.

This app has been designed with so much technical efficiency making it a more advanced and reliable platform for anyone to file a complaint. This all-inclusive platform offers dashboards for all departments and officers ensuring smooth coordination and prompt implementation of government decisions.
These include a simplified mechanism for complaint submission, multi-channel interaction, data security and privacy, citizen feedback loop, and AI-powered analytics and reporting. It allows the citizen to interact with the office through mobile app, WhatsApp, email, phone, or written application.

Through the Iktiyar Awam Ka App, the Chief Minister shall be constantly in touch with the opinions of the province and, therefore, guarantee better accountability and governance in all its facets. The Chief Minister said that the civil administrations have already received the 99-point “Awami Agenda,” which had streamlined service delivery and brought major improvement throughout the province. He added that launching of “Ikhtiyar Awam Ka” portal will fasten that process as well.
The swearing-in ceremony was attended by members of the provincial cabinet, the acting chief secretary, the inspector general of police, and administrative secretaries. Divisional commissioners, district police officers, the regional police officers, and the deputy commissioners can attend through a video link.
