Eligibility Criteria for the Kisan Card
Punjab Government has made certain eligibility criteria among farmers for applying for Kisan Card. Therefore, those who satisfy the eligibility criteria will be given farmer cards. The following details are as per the prescribed eligibility criteria:
- Farmers whose land records are enrolled in the Land Records Centre.
- Those who are registered as farmers with a Pakistani identity card.
- Permanent resident farmers of Pakistan.
- Those farming workers who are domicile holders of Punjab province.
- It is these farmers who do not work for some bank or other.
- Only those farmers who have their registered SIM card in their names.
Documents Required for Kisan Card

- Computers ID Card
- SIM card registered in your name
- Proof of resident of Punjab should be provided eg electricity or gas bill
- Proof of monthly income
- Proof of land registration has to be given at the Land Record Centre
