Qualification & Experience Required for Punjab Energy Department Lahore Jobs 2024:-

Accountant:-

• BS (sixteen years of education) with a major in Accounting from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission; or
• B.Com (Second Division) from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission with three years experience as an Accountant.

Junior Computer Operator:-

• School Higher Secondary Certificate from a recognized board; And knowledge office of MS or
• Intermediate (Second Division) in Computer Science from a recognized board; And
• The typing speed in English on a computer is 40 words per minute.

Junior Clerk:-

• Higher Secondary (Second Division) School Certificate from a recognized board with a typing speed of 25 words per minute in English.
• Note: Preference may be given to a candidate who also knows Urdu typing at a speed of 25 words per minute.

Test Assistant:-

• Diploma in Associate Engineering in Electrical or Electronics from a recognized technical board.

I.T. Clerk:-

• Secondary School Certificate from a recognized board; And
• Diploma in Information Technology from a recognized institution with one year of experience in a relevant field; or
• Intermediate (Second Division) in Computer Science from a recognized board.

Meter Installer:-

• Secondary school certificate from a recognized board.

Important Instructions for Punjab Energy Department Jobs 2024:-

• A relaxation of five (05) years in the upper age limit is admissible for the above posts for males and eight (08) years for females.
• Candidates already working in Govt / Semi Govt / Autonomous Institutions can apply through the proper channel.
• Recruitments will be made on merit as per all Punjab-based rules, eligibility criteria, selection criteria, and other provisions of S&GAD’s Contractual Appointment Policy 2004 and Recruitment Policy 2022 as amended from time to time.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for the Test/Interview.
• 15% quota is reserved for women, 3% for disabled and 5% for minorities.
