Qualification and Ability Required for Excise Police Constable Jobs 2024:-
Excise Police Constable (BS-05):-
- Qualification: Matriculation (2nd Div) Certificate from an approved board / Institution.
- Age Limit: 18 to 25 Years.
- Resident: Candidates must have a Domicile and ID Card of the concerned District.
- Height for Male Candidates: Minimum 5 feet 7 inches.
- Height for Female Candidates: Minimum 5 feet 2 inches.
- Chest: Minimum 33 “34′ 1/2” for (Male candidate only).
- Running for Male Candidates: 1.6 kilometers has to be covered in 7 minutes.
- Running for Female Candidates: 1.6 kilometers has to be covered in 10 minutes.

Important Instruction for Excise & Taxation Department Careers 2024:-
- Age relaxation will be determined as per the policy clarified by the Government of Punjab vide Post No. SORI (S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 08 August 2016.
- Application complete in all respects should be received by hand or post in the concerned Regional / Divisional Directorate Excise and Taxation Department during office hours on or before 2nd November 2024.
- Incomplete and ineligible applications received after the due date will not be considered.
- Other details of the recruitment schedule will be posted at a prominent place in the office of the concerned Regional/Divisional Directorate, Excise and Taxation, and the concerned District Police Officer. Also, these notices will be available on the departmental website and the respective police lines.
- Candidates will not be given any concession in height, chest, education, etc.
- Employees of Govt and Semi-Government organizations should submit their application forms through the department before the last date. Otherwise, it will not be acceptable.
- All candidates have to submit an affidavit that they are not involved or wanted in any criminal case/prosecution. In case of submission of a false affidavit, the candidate will be disqualified for recruitment. Further legal action will be taken.
- Candidates will not be given any TADA and physical measurement will be done in respective police lines.
- Eligible candidates will be issued separate call letters for interviews.
- At the time of the interview, bring original documents/documents and payment proof challan form.
- If the documents are found to be fake or unverified at any stage during the verification of the educational certificate, domicile, identity card, and medical certificate of the candidate, the recruitment of the candidate will be canceled and legal action will be taken.
- The department reserves the right to change or cancel this recruitment process at any stage.
