Details of Subsidy on Seasonless Cultivation of Tomato
Special subsidy is being provided for the tomato cultivation in selected districts of Punjab. If a farmer grows tomatoes before November 15, he will receive a subsidy of Rs one lakh per acre. That has proved to be an immense help for the farmer. This will pay crop preparation costs.

Eligibility Conditions for Subsidy
To get this subsidy, the farmer must follow the procedure given in the above paragraph. This subsidy will be given only for 50% area to the farmer, in other words, the subsidy will be provided to half of the cultivated land for the farmers. Can avail include:

- DG Khan
- Attock
- Rajanpur
- Rawalpindi

How to Apply for Subsidy
Farmers can obtain the prescribed application form for a subsidy from the concerned offices. The forms will be available from the following offices:
- Divisional Director Agriculture Extension Office
- E-Director Agriculture Extension Office
- Office of the Deputy Director of Agriculture and Horticulture
- Assistant Director Agriculture Extension Office
After submission of the application form, a draw will be held in the office of the concerned Director of Agriculture Extension in each district to select the farmers to receive the subsidy.
Documents required to apply
If the applicant is owner of the land then he must provide proof of individual ownership, and if the applicant is cultivating the land on contract then he has to submit proof of contract affidavit and affidavit, these documents will confirm that the applicant is the owner or contractor of the land.
