The Punjab government launched the Global IT Certification Programme in collaboration with the Punjab Information Technology Board. In this program, more than 40 international level certificates will be given to 10,000 people from all over Punjab.
- Participants in this scheme must have a Punjab domicile and a valid identity card. Individuals can get this certificate after paying a certification fee from the government. Of these certifications, you’ll be awarded certifications from the likes of Google, Cisco, IBM, Oracle, AWS and Microsoft, plus more than 40 global certifications from any leading technology company.
- There is no educational limit for enrolling in this program. Registration for the program has begun. In this article, we will explain the complete method of registration and how to get a certificate.

Eligibility Criteria for the IT Certifications Program
- They accept students between the ages of 18 and 30 years.
- Students are working towards or have already completed degrees in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or any other related field.
- Applicant must be a resident of Punjab.
- Aspiring students are required to have essential knowledge of IT.
Global IT Certifications Program Registration Process
The registration process for Global IT Certification is very simple. You can register from your home without any problem. Follow the simple steps below to complete the registration process.
- First of all you have to go to this “certifications.pitb.gov.pk” website
- You will see the registration in front of you.
- As soon as you click on the Register Now button, your account creation option will appear.
- You need to enter your name, email and password, then click on the sign up button after accepting the current terms and conditions.
- The first step in this dashboard will be profile creation. You have to click on it and after clicking you have to enter the required information in it.
- This information includes your name, email address, gender, date of birth, CNIC, contact number, district, city, CNIC front images, CNIC back image, domicile image, your fresh image. After that you have to add your qualification details.
- After that you have to add your professional details.
- You have to select your certificate which you want to get.
- After that, review your information and submit the form.
- Your application form will be reviewed and once your application is passed, you will need to get proof of payment and self-select the exam date.
- Your exam will be conducted on the date you have chosen.
- After passing the exam you will be issued a certificate.

Global IT Certifications Program Payment Reimbursement Process
After taking the exam and getting the certificate, you can apply to get your fees back. After login, you have to login to your account, you have to upload your certificate and give your bank account details. As soon as you add the bank details, your information will be verified. Once confirmed, the registration fee will be refunded to you.
