Among the recent news received from the Punjab government’s official web portal is that the Government in all the districts have initiated the registrations in the Himmat Card Program, and all such disabled people who fall into its eligibility criteria can apply for it either through the online web portal or by contacting their team on the 1312 number for getting further detail.

- Attach digital copy of all documents required, such utility bills, Disability certificate, CNIC copy, etc.

- If you are eligible, you will receive a verification SMS or call; thereafter, you can apply for your Himmat card at your assigned Tehsil office.
6 Key Eligibility Criteria For Himmat Card
This scheme has been initiated by the government only for disabled people and specifically those who fulfill the following eligibility conditions for the Himmat Card:
- The applicant must be a resident of Punjab.
- The applicant should have the disability certificate from the Department of Social Welfare, Punjab.
- The heir should not be fit for work.
- The PWD should be unemployed at present.
- The PMT score should be less than 45.
- Should not have been receiving any aid from Bit-ul-Maal, BISP, or Zakat funds.
