Maryam Nawaz Launches Super Seeder Project
Super seeders are being distributed to farmers at the Rice Research Institute in Kalashah Kakoo as part of the province’s biggest automated farming effort, launched by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.
As part of the largest autonomous farming effort in the province, the rice research institute in Kalashah Kakoo is distributing super seeders among farmers, initiated by Punjab Chief Minister Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif. The super seeder project looks to open the doors to the modernization of industry and a higher production of changing agriculture methods across the province. According to Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, agriculture plays an important role in the development of the nation and is a main component of the way forward for Punjab.

1000 Super Seeder Machinery For Farmers
Currently, while addressing the masses in ceremony, Maryam Nawaz has told how the high machinery, to be used in agricultural fields, increases the crop output in general and relieves pressure on farmers also. Thus, she initiated her new project for an eligible farmer in which all Tehsil Kisans from the Punjab will get 100 Super Seeder Machinery absolutely free, which costs around Rs 50 to 60 lakh per vehicle.

Rental Service To Be Launched Within 60 Days
Maryam Nawaz has launched a rental service for high-tech agriculture equipment so that farmers can take any kind of high-tech service for agriculture on rent.
She said, “The road to development is through the field.”.
The Chief Minister also emphasized the commitment of the Pakistan Muslim League-N towards agricultural innovation in her speech. She mentioned the ambitious plan to increase the number of super seeders from 300 to 5,000 over the next five years.
Importance Of Super Seeder Project For Smog-Free Punjab
“The super sector is a giant step towards the elimination of smog,” said Maryam Nawaz. It will help to decrease air pollution. She emphasized that everyone needs to do their part in fighting against smog, which she called a “serpent that rises every year.”
According to the Punjab Chief Minister in her speech, when distributing the super seeders to the farmers at a ceremony, around 300 super seeders have been distributed. The project, worth seven billion rupees, is supported with an 800,000-rupee subsidy of the Punjab government. Since it can do four jobs together, such as seed scattering and fertilizer spreading at once, it eliminates burning the crop leftovers.
