Assistant Director Civil Engineering:-

B.Sc Civil Engineer (Registered with PEC).
Valid permanent registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Must be released on or before the deadline.

Sub Engineer Civil:-

3 years Diploma in related subjects (Civil) from Punjab Board of Technical

Assistant Director MIS:-

M.C.S / M.Sc (CS) / BS (CS) or BCS / BIT / Computer Engineering degree from a recognized institution.

Assistant Director Accounts:-

MBA Finance or equivalent with 03 years (practical) experience.
M.Com with 5 years of practical experience.
B.Com with 07-years Practical Experience.
After the prescribed qualification only practical experience in a relevant specialty i.e. Accounts will be considered.
Experience in private institutions will be accepted if such institution is registered with the SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other regulatory authority and is accompanied by a valid registration certificate of the private institution.
Candidates must provide proof of registration showing that the private body concerned had registered body status during the period of experience claimed by the candidate.

Assistant Director Web Development:-

BS (Hons) (4 Year Programme) in Computer Science/Information
Technology/GIS with at least second division from a recognized university.
4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in the field of Database Administration/Network Administration/System Analysis/Computer Programming/IT Operations/Public Sector/Limited Companies/ Implementation in Organizations.
Only practical experience in the relevant specialty after the appointment
Eligibility will be considered.
Experience in private institutions will be accepted if such institution is registered with the SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other regulatory authority and is accompanied by a certificate of registration of a private institution.

Employees of Federal Government or Semi-Government and Federal Government or Provincial Government Autonomous Institutions and Local Bodies are not entitled to age relaxation for the period of their service in such institutions.
If a candidate claims that his qualification is equivalent to the prescribed qualification, he must submit his foreign/domestic qualification equivalency certificate issued by the Higher
Commission (H.E.C) or Eligibility Equivalence Determination Committee (H.E.C). will need to be done. The Q.E.D.C of the concerned department, which will be accepted by the Commission at the time of the interview or whenever asked by the Commission, will be final. If a candidate fails to submit the equivalence certificate issued by the competent authority at the time of the interview or whenever asked by the Commission, his/her candidature will be canceled.
If a candidate claims experience of a private firm/entity, he/she must bring proof at the time of interview that the firm/entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other regulatory authority, failing which The application will be submitted. be rejected.
The candidate must provide proof of registration showing that the concerned private entity had the status of a registered body during the period of experience claimed by the candidate.
Candidates in the service while applying for specific posts shall ensure that they have applied for NOC/DPC from their respective departments) and provide (if called) at the time of the interview.

One paper of MCQ type written test of 100 marks and duration of 90 minutes. Syllabus is as follows:-

Qualification-related questions:- (80%)
(i.e. Civil Engineering). General ability including (20%
General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, English, Basic Mathematics, Urdu, Everyday Science and Computer Studies.
