- For a girl to qualify under the above-mentioned program, she must have a permanent residence in Punjab.

Application Process
Step .1 Visit the Zakat Portal official website of Marriage Assistance Program zakat.punjab.gov.pk.
Step .2 There you find the option of form download. From there you have to download the application form, which you have to get a print out of it.
Step.3: Then, one needs to mention the name of local Zakat Committee, applicant’s name, girl’s name, girl’s age, marriage date, identity card number, father’s name, occupation of father, amount of income every month, and permanent address.
Step.4: After putting all these details on this application form, you have to submit it to the local Zakat Committee.
Step 5. When you apply for this form to your committee, your eligibility will be evaluated. The application will be processed. If eligible, funds will be released to you from this program through banks.
